Coexpair Dynamics offers services to support its customers in the development of new aircraft structural composite parts based
on automated fiber deposition machines. This includes the manufacturing of demonstrators and first parts prototypes in its Belgian facility (no serial production). Once the development is completed, Coexpair Dynamics extends its offer to the design and assembly of automatic deposition equipment needed in its customer factory for the part production, and based on Trelleborg Sealing Solution Albany (formerly named Automated Dynamics) technology.

Vision for the future …
Coexpair Dynamics aims to become a global leader in Automated Fiber Placement equipment and R&D in composite structure manufacturing. The company has a wide range of placement heads (from 4 to 12 tows and from 3 mm to 7.6 mm in width), gas torch, laser and pulsed light heating systems, a varied range of gantries and robots, complemented by rotary axes and Finite Element numerical simulation capabilities of the manufacturing process. Coexpair Dynamics is also working on the automation of thermoplastic compression molding and thermoset manufacturing with Coexpair's RTM/SQRTM closed molding industrial solutions well known in ASD Industry. The ESI-F35 program propels Coexpair and Coexpair Dynamics to a unique position at the global level in R&D on the automation of the manufacturing of high-performance structural composites and opens a new path to the
competitiveness of the ASD industry.
Through this project Syensqo aims to further tailor its material offering to best perform on this new automated process. This project fits in Syensqo’s overarching objective to enable a broader adoption of thermoplastic composites on high performance aerospace structural parts in both defense and commercial applications.
